Role Description The Store Manager role at Signet Jewelers in Manchester, NH is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading daily store operations and creating an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager oversees sales performance, drives revenue growth, and ensures that team members provide knowledgeable, service-oriented support to customers celebrating important life moments. This role includes coaching and developing store associates, managing scheduling, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. The Store Manager is accountable for inventory control, cash management, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The position also involves monitoring key performance indicators, executing promotional activities, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment aligned with Signet’s purpose and values. Qualifications Demonstrated retail leadership experience, including supervising teams, driving sales, and managing store operations. Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and team members. Proficiency in basic business and financial skills such as POS systems, sales reporting, inventory management, and cash handling. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including scheduling staff, managing tasks, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives. Experience with visual merchandising, brand presentation, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment. Comfort with using digital tools and technology to support sales, customer interactions, and operational efficiency. Commitment to ethical practices, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Prior jewelry, luxury retail, or specialty retail experience is beneficial but not required.
