The Opportunity We're hiring a Sales Representative to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close new agreements. You'll be out in the field — solving problems, presenting solutions, and earning the trust of building owners, property managers, and facilities teams. What you'll do: - Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory -B2B and light B2C sales - Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day (calls, emails, site visits, etc.) - Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week - Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers - Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal -Visit companies in person to generate leads and market company name - Hit clear, progressive sales targets Why This Role Matters Consistent growth is what keeps our business going.
