Quality Manager, Medical Device CNC Precision Machining (Hawthorne, CA)

Lead quality at a growing medical device CNC precision machining manufacturer where the work actually moves the needle. We're hiring a Quality Manager who wants real ownership of the QMS (quality management system) and the runway to grow with a company planning to double in size by 2028. This is a working manager role. The leadership team is on the floor every day, and so is quality. You'll own the QMS, lead audits, and partner closely with operations on what good looks like. Responsibilities Lead the quality management system day-to-day in an ISO 13485 environment Own internal audits, supplier quality, and customer-facing quality reviews Run CAPA (corrective and preventive action) cycles end-to-end Lead IQ/OQ/PQ (installation, operational, and performance qualification) for new equipment and processes Partner with the production team on first article inspections, in-process controls, and final release Coach inspectors and quality engineers Drive measurable improvement across mill and Swiss CNC operations Required ISO 13485 OR AS9100 quality system experience (either qualifies) IQ/OQ/PQ experience on equipment, processes, or both 5+ years managing quality in a CNC machine shop environment Hands‑on leadership style; comfortable on the production floor Nice to have Direct medical device industry experience CMM (coordinate measuring machine) programming, Verisurf, Calypso, or PC‑DMIS Bilingual English and Spanish ISO 13485 medical device environment, real credibility for your career Aggressive growth plan, doubling in size by 2028, with upward mobility built in Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience If this fits, apply and we'll be in touch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
