Delivery Driver (Non CDL) – Walton, KY. We are looking for reliable drivers to deliver high‑quality steak and seafood products on a local route. This role is essential in presenting a positive image to our customers through timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. Position Summary Ensures safe, accurate, timely and efficient delivery of products. Maintains good customer relationships and follows all company and DOT policies. Essential Functions Deliver products on assigned local route 8–10 hour shifts, dispatch 4am‑finish Monday‑Friday. Follow all company and Department of Transportation (DOT) policies and procedures. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Accurately collect customer payments and safeguard company funds according to Halperns’ banking policies. Monitor reefer temperature, report mechanical issues and damages in a timely manner. Complete daily pre/post‑trip inspections and check‑in processes accurately and on time. Manage paperwork, including register, credits and pick‑ups. Maintain the truck cab and trailer in a clean and organized manner. Attend department meetings and perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Adherence to safety/compliance regulations and procedures. Professional appearance, wearing the company uniform. Punctuality, problem‑solving and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal‑oriented with a positive “can‑do” attitude. English language reading, writing and comprehension.
