Atonom.ai is building the world's first true Cloud Employees: AI agents that execute real work across Sales, Marketing, Support, and HR. We believe growth should be limited by ambition, not headcount. We're past the automation era. We're in the era of genuine machine autonomy, and we're building the infrastructure for it.

This role is for the person who wants to close. You will live on the phone and on the calendar: outbound, follow-up, meetings set, meetings held. We are not hiring career BDRs. If you do this job well, the next seat is Account Executive, and we mean that in 12 months or less. If you want a quiet quota and a long stay on the phones, this is not it.

Compensation

Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000
OTE: $90,000 - $115,000

Placement in range is based on verified experience and a performance conversation during the interview process.

How We Set You Up to Win

Most companies hand you a sequence and a list. We do not. You learn the product the way our AEs do, then you get on the phones with real credibility.

Weeks 1-2: Customer Success Immersion
You sit with the CS team and see how customers actually use Atonom once they are live. The wins, the friction, what makes someone successful. You will book better meetings because you will know what good looks like on the other side of the sale.

Days 14-90: Live Outbound
You run the motion. Dials, sequences, meetings, show rates. You will use Atonom Cloud Employees the way you will sell them. By the time you are on full quota, you will not just know the talk track. You will have lived the product.

Day 90+: Full Number, Path to AE
You own your number. Meetings set, meetings held, pipeline AEs can work. Hit it, stay clean, and the AE seat is the point of this job, not a poster on the wall. We promote on performance. Twelve months or less is the expectation, not a slogan.

What You Will Own

Your number. Meetings set, meetings held, pipeline created. You know it cold and you get there.
The motion, all day. This is a calling and appointment-setting job. Phone, email, text. Volume and quality. You do not wait to be told what to do today.

You book meetings sales can actually work. No-shows and junk names are not pipeline.
The process. Sequences, talk tracks, CRM, follow-up. You run it. You keep the data clean.
Your own growth. You study the product, take the coaching, and show up sharper than last month. The people who make AE here are the ones who treat this seat like a tryout, because it is.

Who You Are

• You want to be an AE. You will say that in the interview without blinking. Sitting in BDR for years is not the plan.
• You can live on the phones. High activity does not scare you. Solar, insurance, retail, campus, whatever. You have put in the reps.
• You are competitive and coachable. You want to win, and you will change the cadence when the numbers say it is not working.
• You care about the meeting, not just the book. Show rate and quality matter as much as the count.\
• You communicate clearly and you listen. You do not have one pitch.
• You want to be in the office, on the floor, in Provo. This is not a remote prospecting job.
• You are genuinely excited about AI and what it means for the companies you will be calling. You would prospect into this product even if it were not your job.

Nice to Have

• CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)
• LinkedIn outbound
• High-activity backgrounds such as solar, retail, financial services, or insurance
• Any time prospecting into AI, automation, or workforce tools
