Encore Global offers an office-based recruiting role focused on building strong talent pipelines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This onsite position in Las Vegas, NV partners closely with HR, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition to support full life cycle recruiting for non-exempt positions across assigned territories and departments. The salary range for this role is USD 70,371 to 91,482 per year , with the work performed primarily in an office environment and occasional irregular hours including on-call coverage. What you’ll do Source, interview, and select non-exempt internal and external candidates for consideration and placement into current and future openings. Partner with regional hiring managers through a formal engagement call for each newly identified position to understand location and market-specific requirements. Create strategic sourcing plans for roles and territories using available tools and resources. Conduct competency-based telephone interviews , presenting qualified, pre-screened applicants to hiring managers. Coordinate the interview and screening process to move requisitions to a close, including follow-up on candidate status and decision feedback. Participate in quarterly workforce planning meetings with key leaders to proactively identify talent acquisition needs and drive pipeline management activity. Build proactive sourcing strategies, including regular internet sourcing using AIRS techniques , participation in social media websites, employee referral management, competitor solicitation, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Facilitate hiring events as needed within assigned geographic territories. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , including notes that support Federal and State guidelines and enable reporting. Use social networking sites and the Encore Careers’ blog to share employment messaging and generate positive candidate interest. Respond to employment applicants in a timely, professional manner and follow through on commitments made during screening and recruitment. Support Talent Acquisition by sharing candidate information, leads, and market intelligence to help advance overall talent strategies. Generate offer letters, lead candidates through the pre-employment process, and ensure onboarding activities are completed with progress communicated to all involved parties. Assist with projects, vacation coverage, other responsibilities as assigned, and additional requisitions outside the assigned region as time permits. What you bring BS/BA degree (preferably in HR, Communications, or Business related). Minimum 2 years recent experience in full cycle recruiting in a services or related industry. Strong comprehension, listening, and verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task while maintaining commitment to quality. Experience in sourcing, recruitment, and selection of exempt and non-exempt candidates. Demonstrated customer relationship management skills. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet-based software systems. Ability to work independently as well as as a team player, including interfacing with a diverse population .
