As a Production Assembler, you will play an important role in producing quality products that help support residential, agricultural, and commercial water systems across the country. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to producing quality products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities Assembly & Production Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications. Position and fasten parts using hand tools and assembly equipment. Operate assembly equipment, including arbor presses and other production machinery. Package finished products using bagging and packaging equipment. Rotate between workstations and product lines as production needs require. Maintain accurate production counts and work records. Product Inspection & Rework Inspect returned products for condition and suitability for repair or reconditioning. Perform repairs and rework as needed. Prepare reconditioned products for inventory or customer return. Safety & Housekeeping Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Practice safe work habits and proper equipment operation at all times. Qualifications Required Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience. Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Skills & Abilities Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and production documents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting production goals. Work Environment This position works in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to: Moving mechanical equipment and machinery. Manufacturing chemicals and production materials.
