In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities Perform intakes and assessments Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr Physical 4 U Inc
