Registered Nurse

Lourdes Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, faith-informed care to patients in our Pasco hospital. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe, coordinated care while educating patients and families about conditions and discharge plans. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the EHRAdminister medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond promptly to emergencies Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards in all care activities Participate in bedside reporting, care conferences, and unit-based quality initiatives Support the spiritual and emotional needs of patients in alignment with Lourdes Health's faith-based mission Precept or mentor new nurses and support staff as needed Required Skills Patient assessment Care planning Medication administration IV therapy Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Wound care Patient and family education Care coordination Clinical triage #J-18808-Ljbffr Lourdes Health
