Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $61.10/hour

What You'll Do

Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process within the OR setting.
Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality, and positive outcomes.
Delegate and coordinate tasks among healthcare team members efficiently.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Utilize your clinical expertise to support a smooth surgical workflow.
Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.

What You Need

Active Louisiana RN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
2+ years of OR nursing experience, with Circulator experience preferred
Strong organizational and delegation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
