Marketing Assistant

Tierwest is a growing sales and marketing company working with telecom clients across the U.S. As part of our expansion in El Paso, we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our in-person B2B marketing campaigns. This is not a digital or online marketing role. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be involved in face-to-face marketing and customer engagement, working directly with business clients to deliver clear marketing messages and support sales activity. About the Role As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support Tierwest’s in-person B2B marketing efforts by engaging directly with business customers, helping communicate telecom solutions, and supporting campaign delivery. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical marketing experience while developing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and receive full training to understand the client, the marketing message, and how campaigns are delivered in person. What the Role Involves (Day to Day) Supporting in-person B2B marketing campaigns for telecom clients Communicating marketing messages clearly and professionally to business customers Engaging decision-makers to explain services, solutions, and offers Gathering feedback and insights from client interactions Supporting the sales team by keeping messaging consistent and engaging Learning how marketing campaigns are adjusted based on customer response Working as part of a team to achieve campaign goals and performance targets What This Role Is Not To be fully transparent, this Marketing Assistant role: Does not involve social media management, content creation, or SEO Is not remote or office-only Is face-to-face, in-person B2B marketing What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people in person A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn Interest in marketing, sales, or business development A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic Previous experience is helpful but not required — full training is provided Pay & Development This role offers weekly pay, with average first-year earnings typically ranging between $60,000–$70,000, based on performance.
