Job Summary Krew Members are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while executing Konala standards in food preparation, order accuracy, cleanliness, and speed of service. This role works across positions including drive-thru, front counter, hot line, cold line, prep and cook. Krew Members play a critical role in maintaining operational flow and upholding the brand's commitment to quality and hospitality. This position reports to the General Manager and Store Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service Greet guests and create a welcoming experience Accurately take and process customer orders Communicate clearly with team members to ensure order accuracy Resolve guest concerns by escalating to leadership when needed Operational Execution Prepare Food items according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines Maintain speed and accuracy Follow all Konala procedures Ensure all orders are assembled correctly before serving Support smooth shift transitions and team communication Cleanliness & Food Safety Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Properly label, rotate, and store food items Complete assigned cleaning and changeover tasks Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards Teamwork & Culture Work collaboratively with team members across all positions Maintain a positive, high-energy attitude in a fast-paced environment Be coachable and open to feedback Support teammates during busy periods Represent Konala's culture through professionalism and accountability Qualifications Dependable and punctual Thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong multi-tasking and communication skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and follow systems No prior experience required -- we provide training Who We\'re Looking For We are looking for good people.
