Obstetrician/GynecologistDothan, AL | Full TimeThis hospital is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join its women's health team in Dothan, Alabama, combining outpatient clinic work, inpatient obstetric care, and gynecologic surgery. This is an established and expanding women's health program with a strong referral base within the hospital's medical staff structure.ScheduleFull time, clinic and hospital coverage, including labor and delivery and obstetric call rotation.Compensation$325,000 to $425,000 per year, based on experience.What You'll DoThis physician delivers comprehensive OB/GYN care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, managing routine and high risk pregnancies across prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. The role includes performing gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques, and participating in labor and delivery coverage and obstetric call rotation. This physician conducts annual exams, preventive care, and women's health screenings, diagnoses and manages a broad spectrum of gynecologic conditions, and collaborates with maternal fetal medicine, pediatrics, anesthesia, and nursing teams. This role also includes ensuring accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system and engaging in quality improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited institutionBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and GynecologyEligible for medical licensure in the State of AlabamaActive or eligible DEA registrationStrong clinical and surgical skills in OB/GYN practicePreferred QualificationsExperience with minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeryExperience managing high risk obstetric patients in collaboration with maternal fetal medicineACLS certificationCompensation and Benefits$325,000 to $425,000 per year, based on experienceHealth, retirement, and malpractice coverageFull benefits packageTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
