You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Responsibilities Build genuine connections with fans to exceed individual and store sales goals. Embrace a store culture with passion for the brand, acting as a brand ambassador. Create unforgettable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty. Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for smooth, on-brand operations. Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including peak times. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results-oriented seller with ability to demonstrate care in communication (written and verbal). Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization. Age 18 or older with ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work. Flexible schedule from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
