$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Support residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and dignity.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster trust and transparency in care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing compassionate care to individuals in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Proven track record of effectively monitoring and documenting health status changes.
• Strong communication skills to foster trust with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to engage residents in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of residents while maintaining a positive attitude.
