Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Primary Care - Milton, FL

This role involves providing primary care services in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The position is full-time, located onsite in Milton, FL, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Board Certification is a must. Experience in a hospital setting is considered. Strong clinical skills and bedside manner. Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Proficient in infection control and administering medication. Effective in health promotion and maintenance. Ability to inform and educate others.

Must be Board Certified. Experience in primary care settings is preferred. Ability to assess patient health and perform physical examinations. Strong documentation and charting skills. Proficient in developing patient management plans. Experience in therapeutic procedures such as administering injections. Ability to provide patient counseling and wellness promotion.
