Hotel Front Desk Attendant

Description We're looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You'll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. If this sounds like you, apply today! • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities efficiently
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
