Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to support their functional recovery
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living abilities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Share knowledge about therapy methods to empower families in fostering continuous improvement at home
• Track and Review Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans to ensure patients are achieving their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
