Summary:

- **Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience - BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM-C or AWHONN - **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Circulating C-sections - High risk LDR experience - **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - EFM-C (Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification) or AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification - **Personality Fit:** - Compassionate - Caring - Friendly - Patient - Solutions oriented - **Leadership Experience:** - Strong leadership team that is supportive of nurses and can work the floor when/if needed - **Clinical Experience:** - Experience in high-risk labor and delivery rooms - Experience with C-sections and inductions The position emphasizes a compassionate and solutions-oriented personality, alongside a team nursing approach and a strong, supportive leadership team with tenured staff.
