Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift - 8 to 10 hour shifts starting between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
• Establish individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques, tools, and treatment protocols
• Provide therapy interventions in an interdisciplinary, team-based approach to patient care
• Develop individualized care and discharge plans and communicate them to appropriate parties
• Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Minimum of two years of recent Physical Therapy experience

• Experience working within an interdisciplinary or team-based care model
• Familiarity with acute care or hospital-based therapy settings

• Work in a scenic Pacific Northwest community along the Columbia River Gorge, offering outdoor recreation, local dining, and small-town charm
