Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Reach Operator to join our team in Roseville, CA. This individual will be responsible for playing a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. Responsible for the safe and effective operation of reach trucks and other material handling equipment, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods throughout our facility. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule available Located in Roseville, CA Duties and Responsibilities Operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse Maintain a high level of safety and adherence to all relevant protocols and procedures Assist with the organization and storage of inventory, ensuring optimal space utilization Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain efficient workflow and inventory management Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment Contribute to the overall productivity and success of the warehouse operation Requirements and Qualifications Experience operating reach trucks or similar material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one -- (Salary range based on experience) --
