Production Associate Lead

Position Title Production Associate Lead Location Cromwell, Kentucky, United States Job Type Full Time; Travel: Minimal (if any) Overview The Production Associate Lead plays a vital role in ensuring product quality and supporting smooth daily operations. This position requires keen attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety while managing production tasks that directly impact our standards and product excellence. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:55 am – 5:25 pm Responsibilities Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry food products. Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, lockout‑tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management. Ensure product quality meets specifications of QA and USDA. Maintain equipment performance across departments. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Guide and support team members working with raw and cooked poultry products. Support sanitation standards and safe food‑handling practices. Help drive production excellence and meet or exceed production benchmarks. Minimum Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education and Experience Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment preferred. Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors with metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures ranging from 28 °F to 100 °F and 100 % humidity. May handle product temperature from 25 °F to 50 °F. Noise ranges of 50 dB to 110 dB. Exposure to dust, feathers, and chemicals used in poultry processing. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment as directed. Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors (10 ppm) and chlorine ( Able to stand for several hours. Can lift up to 50 lb, reach, bend, and push boxes on conveyor assembly.
