2-5 years of experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a similar Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, pool maintenance, painting, drywall, and carpentry * Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with property management software * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
