Position : Fabricator
Pay : $20.00-$30.00/hour (experience based)
Shift : 1st Shift | Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexible scheduling available!)
Location : Allendale, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Fabricator to start IMMEDIATELY up to $30.00/hour . Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble custom sheet metal and structural components
Operate equipment such as shears, brakes, punches, drill presses, and CNC machinery
MIG weld a variety of mild steel materials
Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure quality work
Inspect finished products to meet specifications
Maintain production goals while working safely and efficiently
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects successfully

Qualifications

Previous welding and fabrication experience required
Proficient with sheet metal and structural welding, MIG welding required
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Must have your own tools and be able to pass a weld test
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Willing to work overtime as needed
Local travel may occasionally be required
