Part-Time NICU/PICU Clinical Dietitian

Role: NICU/PICU Clinical Dietitian responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct nutrition assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and evaluate outcomes. Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and healthcare team members. Manage enteral nutrition support and perform nutrition-focused physical exams. Participate in quality improvement, research activities, and team rounds. Mentor dietetic interns and maintain professional development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in nutrition/dietetics, completion of accredited supervised practice, RD/RDN certification within 6 months, and Georgia licensure within 6 months. Preferred 1-2 years of clinical experience and proficiency with electronic medical records. Knowledge of nutrition care standards, evidence-based practices, and ability to collaborate effectively. Key Duties: Assess patient nutritional needs, develop care interventions, evaluate therapy effectiveness, document care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
