Job Duties:

• Supervises and assists undercover agents participating in short-term preliminary observation of individuals groups or organizations to gather information to determine whether criminal activity is taking place has taken place or is about to take place.
• Supervises the continuous or prolonged observation of a targeted individual group or organization by clandestine means to gather information relative to an open criminal investigation.
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations that are conducted by the Enforcement Division Convert Unit ensuring daily objectives are met.
• Provides guidance and coordinates all additional resource requests when required.
• Ensures that proper protocol is followed throughout the investigative process.
