AIDE - MH/BH (NO DEGREE)

Responsibilities As a Mental Health Specialist/Aide at Diamond Grove Center, you will function as a key member of the treatment team, performing duties such as patient observation rounds, suicide risk observation, and assistance with treatment programs. You will demonstrate expertise in maintaining a therapeutic milieu and providing optimum patient care, establish and maintain high‑level interpersonal relationships across departments, exercise sound clinical judgment in verbal and written documentation of clinically relevant observations, perform routine assignments independently, and seek direction for unusual or non‑routine duties as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Associate’s Degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions. Hospital Aide/Treatment Assistant experience preferred. Background in Behavioral Science or an equivalent field.
