We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented

Audiology Assistant

to support our hearing care team in providing excellent patient service. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day clinic operations, patient preparation, hearing care services, scheduling, and administrative tasks while creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Prepare patients for hearing evaluations and appointments. Assist audiologists and hearing care professionals with routine clinical activities as permitted by applicable regulations. Perform basic hearing-related support tasks and equipment preparation. Maintain and organize patient records and appointment information. Schedule appointments and communicate with patients regarding upcoming visits. Assist with hearing aid cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Educate patients on routine hearing-aid care and proper use of equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly clinical environment. Handle phone calls, messages, and general administrative duties. Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the patient experience. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a healthcare, hearing care, medical office, or customer service environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Comfortable working with patients of different ages and backgrounds. Basic computer and administrative skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care. Preferred Skills

Experience with hearing aids or audiology services. Medical office or patient-care experience. Familiarity with electronic health records and appointment scheduling systems. Bilingual skills are a plus. What We Offer
