Key Account Executive, Waldorf, MD (Prince Frederick, Brandywine, and Lusby areas)

Labcorp seeks a field-based Key Account Executive in Waldorf, MD to manage assigned client accounts, drive upsells, and ensure customer retention through superior service and strategic solutions in the laboratory diagnostics sector.
Responsibilities
- Educate, instruct, and upsell assigned accounts within designated territory
- Act as liaison between clients and Labcorp operations regarding service needs
- Manage day-to-day account operations and resolve customer issues promptly
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives to expand book of business
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience
- Proven track record managing a book of business
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust-based relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 base, plus bonus and commission eligibility
