Main St.,Solomon, KS, 67480,United States Base Pay $19.50 - $25.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt FT Required Degree High school Manage Others No Contact information Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Email View email address on click.appcast.io Description Fleet Management: Assists Fleet Manager with registration of company owned assets (IRP and non-commercial) Maintains accurate records of vehicle purchases and sales Regulatory Compliance: Assists Fleet Manager with recordkeeping required for Fuel Tax reporting Includes IFTA and state specific fuel taxes (KS, NM, OR, NY, KY Assists Fleet Manager with permit renewal MCS-150 Haz-Mat (Alliance, GA, CA, WI, CO, TN, IL FL Used Oil, MI Liquid Waste) Pays toll bills and maintains billing records for toll allocation (K-Tag and Pre-Pass Driver Records Runs annual MVR for all company drivers Maintains the driver list for insurance purposes Maintains Driver Qualification files Current DL or CDL Medical certification (if required) Record of violations Training records DOT Drug Testing Program Assists Fleet Manager with maintaining records related to DOT drug testing program Driver Compliance Assist drivers with ELD technical issues, including log edits Maintains EFS card program Maintains permit books for trucks Assist drivers with CDL requirements (fingerprinting, medical exams, endorsement testing) Assist drivers with expense reports Assists with accident reporting, accident investigations and insurance claims Qualifications: Two years’ experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent Advanced computer skills. Previous experience with MS office preferred. Requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. At least 2 years' experience preferred.
