Job Title: Registered Nurse

Must-Have:
- Circulate only is a requirement; both circulate and scrub would be preferred.
- Must be able to work in a very fast-paced OR.
- Must help turn over rooms.


Description:
Unit has 4 operating room suites.
Currently working on a 5th operating room suite.
Number of cases per day ranges from 10 to 20.
Common types of cases include orthopedic, urology, general surgery, ENT, GYN, and orthopedic total joints.
Scrubbing is required.
Experience with GI endoscopy is useful but not mandatory.
Call requirement for RN's is 1-2 weekends a month with no night call.
Call response time is 30 minutes.
There are charge nurses and OR techs on the unit.
Pharmacy is available 24/7 during the day.
The environment is outdoorsy with activities like snow skiing and hiking.
The hospital provides a couple weeks of orientation, including one day for paperwork and IT training for charting.
This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong clinical skills.
Candidates must enjoy working in a dynamic setting.
