Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time Role in Rehabilitation Center

Position Overview

Camel Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking dedicated and passionate Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation center located in Wildwood, New Jersey. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work onsite, directly interacting with patients and contributing to their recovery and rehabilitation journeys. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions through assessments and functional tests to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about evaluation findings and collaboratively set realistic goals for treatment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans consisting of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to reflect changes in patient condition and health goals.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, sharing insights and collaborating on complex cases.
• Assist in the development and presentation of patient education workshops to promote health awareness in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical interventions, sports-related injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Our goal is to cater to patients of all age groups, ensuring that each one receives personalized attention. By understanding the unique challenges and needs of our clients, you will use your expertise to drive successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
• Candidates with specialized training in specific rehabilitation modalities or certifications will be given preference.
• Experience in developing and facilitating educational programs for patients and families.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
