Job Description

Aerotek is hiring assemblers immediately for a position in Post Falls, ID. This is a full time role. Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical and electronic parts for a variety of electrical equipment using hand tools.
• Follow schematics, drawings, and part lists to ensure accurate and consistent assembly of components.
• Produce a high volume of similar parts each day while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily output and productivity expectations.
• Stand for the duration of the shift while performing hands-on assembly tasks at the workstation.
• Perform repetitive assembly operations with focus and care to ensure consistency and reliability of finished products.
• Handle parts and tools safely and correctly to support a safe and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to support overall production goals.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and strong attendance to contribute to a stable and dependable team.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work confidently with your hands and enjoy building and assembling products.
• Comfort standing for the entire duration of the shift.
• Comfort performing repetitive work and assembling a high volume of similar parts each day.
• Strong attention to detail when following schematics, drawings, and part references.
• Good attitude and consistent, reliable attendance.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
• No prior assembly or manufacturing experience required; open to entry-level candidates.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Post Falls,ID.
