\n Core Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric services to improve patient mental health outcomes.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver effective treatment plans.
\n
• Adhere to scheduled hours and engage actively with patients in clinical settings.
\n
• Meet productivity benchmarks as designed by the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Behavioral Health.
\n
• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols.
\n
• Be available for guidance during and outside of clinic hours as scheduled.
\n
• Contribute to the creation and review of patient educational materials.
\n
• Supervise health care students in clinical settings for educational growth.
\n
• Develop and sustain a clinical quality assurance program.
\n
• Coordinate care with non-physician providers, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Engage with colleagues and specialists for consultation where necessary.
\n
• Participate actively in meetings and the Performance Improvement Program.
\n
• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned, contributing to the clinic's overall success.

\n Essential Qualifications\n

\n
• Education & Training: Must possess a Medical Doctorate and be Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry.
\n
• Professional Standards: Adhere to the Code of Ethics and pursue continuing education to maintain licensure.
\n
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain good standing with the professional licensing board.
\n
• Cultural Competency: Exhibit sensitivity and competence with diverse populations served.
\n
• Communication Skills: Demonstrates effective communication with staff, community, and the public.
\n
• Performance under Pressure: Capability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
\n
• Background Check: Successful clearance of a criminal background check is required.
\n
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
