Description The Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing routine banking transactions. Requirements Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account inquiries, and other banking transactions. Educate customers on available products and services and identify opportunities to recommend or refer banking solutions that meet customer needs. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve account issues or discrepancies, and escal… when necessary. Verify customer identity, account information, transaction documentation, endorsements, signatures, and available funds to ensure the validity of transactions. Accurately process and record financial transactions in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate transaction records and customer information using banking systems and software applications. Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations necessary to process customer transactions, balance cash drawers, reconcile accounts, and verify financial information. Assist with branch cash management activities, including preparing currency and coins, maintaining appropriate cash levels, and supporting vault and cash‑control procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations, internal controls, security procedures, and operational policies.
