About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead the modernization and evolution of its IT organization. This pivotal role comes at a time of significant business transformation, following extensive changes in executive leadership and various operational sectors. The successful candidate will be tasked with accelerating performance and positioning the company for long-term growth by building a strategic technology roadmap, modernizing systems and processes, and enhancing project execution. A key focus will be on elevating the IT department to be a true business partner, and the role demands a hands-on leadership approach from an experienced IT executive with a proven track record in leading transformation initiatives, particularly within manufacturing environments. Applicants for the VP of IT position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' progressive IT leadership experience, including senior roles.
