IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM

PROVIDENCE, RI (ON SITE ONLY)

$20/HR

Qualifications:

2 years of customer service experience in an office setting

Excellent communication skills

Microsoft Office proficient

Responsibilities:

+ Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.

+ Enter order-processing information quickly and accurately.

+ Ensure maintenance of manual order entry skills and supplies for use in the even of system failure.

+ Provide accurate service and pricing information

+ Complete all inquiries regarding trace requests and communicate status to customer(s).

+ Ensure customer satisfaction by handling all complaints and referring them internally for action.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
