Job Title: Coordinator, Client InsightsReports to: Client Insights & Analytics ManagerJOB PURPOSE:The Client Insights Coordinator supports the Client Insights & Analytics department by delivering day-to-day reporting, dashboard development, maintaining data accuracy, and overseeing data and project management activities. The role ensures high-quality client insights for Americas HQ and Retail teams while maintaining database hygiene and enabling data-driven decision-making.SKILLS:TECHNICAL & ANALYTICALStrong analytical mindset; able to work with large datasetsProficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)Ability to automate reports and streamline data workflowsFast learner with adaptability to new tools and systemsBUSINESS & INTERPERSONALExcellent organizational skills with strong time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling dataClear communicator, both written and verbalClient-centric mindset with sensitivity to luxury standardsCollaborative, proactive, and effective in cross-functional environmentsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven settingREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience in CRM support, retail analytics, or client insights (luxury preferred)Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plusExperience with BI tools is a plusFluency in EnglishDemonstrated ability to manage sensitive client information with discretionJOB EXPECTATIONS:Hybrid schedule: 4 Days per week in office, 1 day remote (Friday).Possible regional travel to support markets as needed.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:REPORTING & SUPPORTManage recurring zone-level reports (weekly & monthly)Partner with the Commercial Performance Team to develop client goals and projectionsProduce ad hoc reports and insights using internal data platformsSupport internal teams with additional reports, client lists, and data requestsConduct client purchase behavior and other product related studiesAssist with CRM tool updates, testing, and reporting enhancementsSupport regional teams with reporting questions, dashboard usage, and reporting toolsDATABASE HYGIENE & MANAGEMENTMonitor data quality KPIs (duplicate rates, missing fields, segmentation accuracy)Gather and organize needs for future development, communicate with Central and follow-up for implementationEnsure adherence to internal data standards and compliance requirementsEnsure relevant partners are trained on the necessary tools by developing training material and hosting trainingsAssist client reallocation processes via CRM toolsOversee weekly and ad-hoc client merge requestsDASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT & ANALYTICSDevelop and maintain automated dashboards to streamline reporting and increase efficiencyOptimize data workflows to reduce manual processesImprove report accuracy and shorten insight delivery timeSupport regional teams with analytics questions, dashboard usage, and reporting toolsPROJECT MANAGEMENTCoordinate and execute client-related projectsOrganize project timelines, update trackers, manage communications amongst stakeholders, and follow through on action itemsPartner closely with key corporate partners and vendors to ensure smooth completion and troubleshooting
