Barista

Our Scooter Baristas create a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Greet and connect with each customer
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
• Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise
• Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer

We are Freeman Coffee Enterprises and own two of the Scooters in Tulsa and one in Coweta.

We are recruiting individuals who want to work in a positive, team player, encouraging environment that is often fast paced. Similar to a Chik-fil-a experience. Our motto is to serve Amazing Drinks, Amazingly Fast, by Amazing People. Many places sell coffee. Our goal is to be a place that customers look forward to returning to each day. Not only because their drink is always made perfectly and quickly, but because they want to be greeted by the friendly baristas they have come to know. We call this Relationship Coffee and it's what we seek to provide to our customers as owners and what we appreciate about the places we frequent.
