Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered rehab care in our inpatient setting. Working within the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on restoring function, independence, and safety for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, delivering individual and group therapy sessions, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with opportunities for growth.
