The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, Americas, the Senior Corporate Paralegal supports a small, high-performing in-house legal team by improving the organization, efficiency, and scalability of legal operations. The role works closely with legal leadership and cross-functional teams to manage contracts, corporate maintenance, legal processes, and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Manage contract intake, tracking, storage, and administration across agreement types.
• Maintain contract databases and support large-scale contract organization projects.
• Coordinate agreement execution and track obligations, renewals, and key terms.
• Prepare standard agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Support conflicts processes and ethical wall implementation.
• Maintain corporate entities, registrations, filings, and governance records.
• Assist with collections, bankruptcy filings, legal spend tracking, and invoice management.
• Support subpoena responses and document collection efforts.
• Assist with compliance questionnaires and cross-functional legal initiatives.
• Conduct preliminary legal and regulatory research and track legal developments.

Qualifications and Experience
Required

• 10+ years of paralegal experience.
• Strong contract administration and legal process experience, including CLM tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Familiarity with corporate entity management and filings.
• Experience with generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and escalate matters appropriately.

Preferred

• Experience supporting legal teams within professional services or consulting firms.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Spanish language skills.
