This is a relationship-first rolenot a cold-calling numbers game. You'll work face-to-face with business owners, understand their goals, and provide the financing they need to grow and succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of commercial loans
• Identify new business opportunities through strategic calling and community engagement
• Analyze credit and financials to structure sound loan packages
• Maintain portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance benchmarks
• Collaborate with credit analysts, support staff, and senior management

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending at a community bank
• Deep understanding of credit, financial statements, and business lending structures
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
