Surgical Technologist

HCA Healthcare seeks a Neurosurgical Surgical Technologist to support complex brain and spine procedures within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this specialized role, you will prepare and maintain the sterile field, select and pass neurosurgical instruments, operate microscopes and navigation systems, and collaborate closely with surgeons and the OR team to ensure safe, precise, and efficient care. You’ll uphold strict aseptic technique, assist with positioning and neuromonitoring support, and participate in emergency cases.
