A FULL HOUSE OF TOTAL REWARDS
- Competitive Pay: Starting salary range of $25.56/hr. - $26.83/hr. , depending on experience, with opportunities for annual performance-based increases.

- Maintain and inspect interior and exterior of all buildings
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform light carpentry, painting and plumbing repairs
- Move office equipment and furniture as requested
- Change light bulbs
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all tools and equipment
- Maintain neat and clean appearance for entire property
- Empty outdoor garbage cans and ashtrays
- Remove garbage fro-m parking lots and sidewalks
- Perform de-icing, snow shoveling, plowing and removal
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- Previous experience in the safe use and operation of power and hand tools, etc.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, snow removal, etc.
- Previous experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and HVAC
