We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Secretary/Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this dual role, you will ensure seamless patient care and office operations by managing front-office administrative duties and providing limited patient services under the direction of our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and providing a welcoming experience for all visitors. Prepare medical charts and collect necessary third-party payment information. Record charges, process payments, and assist in maintaining accurate financial transactions. Assist healthcare providers during patient visits, performing designated procedures under the supervision of a physician. Provide limited direct patient services, ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience. Collaborate with Nursing Support Staff to address front-line clinical and nursing concerns.
