Customer Service Floater

The Customer Service Floater provides coverage for positions on a part time basis (29 hours per week or less). The Floater will be contacted to fill in as coverage when staff call out sick or are on vacation. They will cover the front desk for any of our locations in Annapolis or Edgewater. This is a PRN position / On Call. Location: Edgewater & Annapolis, Maryland. Hours: This position on a part time basis can work up to 29 hours per week or less. Key Responsibilities Greet guests Process referrals for clinic services Collect personal information for new patients and input data into electronic health record Scheduling (in person and via phone) Collect co-pays for services Answer phones, check voicemails Assist clinic staff with tracking client caseloads Assist with other administrative duties Education High School diploma or equivalent required.
