Java Full Stack Engineer

Role: Java Full Stack Engineer Location: Remote/US Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Must Have: AI & Machine Learning knowledge, Scala, Java with JS Libraries and Frameworks, Primary Responsibilities:
• Write high-quality, fault tolerant code; normally 70% Backend and 30% Front-end (though the exact ratio will depend on your interest!)
• Build high-scale systems, libraries, frameworks and create test plans
• Monitor production systems and provide on-call support
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience with JS libraries and frameworks, such as Angular, React or other
• 2+ years experience in Scala, Java, or other compiled language.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with web design
• Experience using RESTful APIs and asynchronous JS
• Experience in design and development
• Interest in learning Scala
• Testing experience with Scala or Java
• Database and caching experience, SQL and NoSQL (Postgres, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB a plus)
• Good to have Knowledge or experience with AI/ML.
