Risk Manager

job summary:
The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for developing a Risk Management Plan and driving identification, evaluation, treatment and overall governance of project risks. This is a critical role requiring strong leadership, highly energetic person, strong hands-on analytical capability with clear thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo.

responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive risk and opportunity identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies throughout the entire lifecycle of large-scale advanced nuclear EPC projects.

• Drive daily risk management routines, perform detailed quantitative analyses (including Monte Carlo simulations), and track critical performance KPIs.

• Collaborate closely with Project Management, the PMO, and functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure risk priorities are understood and aligned.

• Serve as the primary expert and point of contact for risk management, seamlessly translating complex data analyses into clear briefings for senior leadership.

• Benchmark internal and external risk processes against industry best practices to continually refine risk management frameworks and communication rhythms.
