Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC service and project work in Carrollton, TX

• Take ownership of service and maintenance calls while setting the standard for workmanship

• Complete 2 to 4 service calls per day with efficiency and attention to detail

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps

• Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance and customer comfort

• Support and guide team members on job sites

• Deliver excellent customer service and recommend solutions based on system needs

• Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required

• At least 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds consistently

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to commute to Carrollton, TX
