General Production Worker

Inspection & Packaging Associates in Loveland, CO

The Inspection and Packaging Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by inspecting parts, picking and packing orders, and preparing finished products for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, frequent use of a hand-held microscope for quality inspections, basic math skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment
• Perform visual and microscope inspections of wire and other small components
• Complete quality assurance and quality control checks
• Pick, pack, and move orders to designated areas on the production floor
• Build and securely wrap pallets for shipment
• Perform basic math for counts, quantities, and order verification
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
